Student Affairs Assessment

Measure twice, cut once!

If only it was that easy. At Michigan State University, student learning is defined broadly; it involves intellectual, spiritual, physical, emotional, social, and professional development. Student learning occurs everywhere and isn’t confined to classrooms, residence halls, athletic fields or any one venue.

Nevertheless, as educators, Student Affairs professionals foster students’ learning and strive to help students make the connections of learning to their lives.

Assessement for Student Affairs & Services exists to promote a better understanding of MSU students, their experiences, and their learning. Our goal is to foster students’ development and success by creating a learning organization based on inquiry.
